Young Athletes Summer Program (June 2nd-August 9th)
The focus of the program is strength training, mobility and agility work with some conditioning. The purpose of this program is to help build that foundation for them. This program is for young athletes looking to excel in their sports, and we do so by teaching them basic lifts with proper form, the importance of recovery, and the role nutrition plays in our training.
Class Days and Times:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30am & 4:30pm
Saturday at 9:30am
$30/week
